TEKsystems Customer Service Representative in Madison, Wisconsin

Description:

The Customer Tech Support will be responsible for troubleshooting issues with the surgical loupes over the phone. This will help prevent sending sales reps out into the field with any problems that they assist over the phone. They'll be working with multi-line phone lines and ipads with these issues.
