Seeking an Accounts Payable Analyst to assist a large consulting company with administrative accounting support, including consolidating invoices for the supply chain team, and working within SAP for administrative tasks. Qualifications:

• Experience using SAP (Concur, preferably)

• Experience within Accounts Payable, including invoice review and consolidation

• Proficiency with Microsoft Excel

• Preferably, a Bachelor's degree in Accounting or a related field

On-site in Madison, MS

salary: $28 - $28.84 per hour

shift: First

work hours: 8 AM - 4:30 PM

education: Bachelors

Responsibilities

• Consolidates invoices for supply chain using Concur

• Provides administrative support to the accounting and supply chain members.

• Applies general knowledge of accounting/financial policies and procedures when responding to specific questions and non-routine problem resolution.

• Maintain the strict confidentiality of sensitive information.

• Utilize MS office suite, SAP, Concur and other applications.

• Perform other duties as assigned or required.
