Responsibilities

Responsabilidades:

  • Supervisionar as operações de campo e os field specialists.

  • Suportar o gerente de operações nas atividades diárias

  • Comunicar-se com a equipe de vendas para garantir os requisitos e prazos dos clientes.

  • Comunicar-se com a equipe de R&M para garantir os requisitos e prazos dos clientes.

  • Comunicar-se com os clientes para garantir os requisitos e prazos dos contratos.

  • Suportar o Technical Sales na elaboração de orçamentos

  • Auxiliar na preparação de relatórios.

  • Disponível em regime de plantão 24 horas para atender às necessidades dos clientes.

  • Recomendar ou iniciar promoções, transferências e ações disciplinares.

  • Conhecer e entender a Política de Qualidade da Weatherford e cumprir todos os requisitos do Manual de Sistemas de Qualidade, Procedimentos Operacionais e Técnicos e Instruções de Trabalho.

  • Deve entender e cumprir todas as regras de HSE e políticas da empresa Weatherford.

  • As atribuições de trabalho devem ser realizadas no mais alto nível de qualidade.

Qualifications

Requisitos:

  • Mais de 10 anos de experiência em Operações de Fishing e Re-entry

  • Capacidade de coordenar, priorizar, despachar e rastrear recursos em apoio aos tickets de trabalho.

  • Diploma de nível médio/técnico, desejável superior em engenharia.

  • Habilidades de comunicação verbal e escrita proficientes.

  • Habilidades no pacote office, outlook, desejável Power BI.

  • Fortes habilidades de liderança.

  • Capacidade de realizar múltiplas tarefas.

  • Inglês avançado/fluente
