ManpowerGroup Customer Service Rep in Lynwood, California

Our client in the aerospace and manufacturing industry is seeking a Customer Service Rep to join their team. As a Customer Service Rep, you will be part of the Commercial department supporting the CS team. The ideal candidate will have strong communication skills, be customer-oriented, and possess excellent time management skills.

Job Title: Customer Service Rep

Location: Lynwood, CA 90262

Pay Range: $19.68 - $25.00

What's the Job?

  • Review the MRP system with CS counterpart to ensure customer order due dates are in line with required delivery dates.

  • Assist PM with New Product Introduction in coordination with Quality and Operations.

  • Collaborate with PM on creating daily report of customer orders currently in-house to review scheduled expected completion dates against current order status to ensure orders are completed on time.

  • Coordinate with CS counterpart to provide continuous status of their orders within the allotted 4-hour time frame.

  • Relay communications between quality and operations departments to support our customers’ expectations.

What's Needed?

  • High School Graduate or General Education Degree (GED): Required

  • 2-3 years of experience in Aerospace or Manufacturing (required)

  • Proficient in Microsoft Office and Excel

  • Accountability - Ability to accept responsibility and account for his/her actions.

  • Active Listening - Ability to actively attend to, convey, and understand the comments and questions of others.
