REGAL ROOFING & CONTRACTING Roof Repair & Maintenance Technician in Lynnwood, Washington
Duties: Diagnose roofing related issues on low & steep slope roofing. Repair low & steep slope roofing issues. Keep track of time & journal entries accurately. Perform roof maintenance. Customer communication. Communication with management. Back up roofing crew when needed. Generate repair estimates. Acquire materials as necessary. Keep a neat and tidy appearance, personal & vehicle. Perform minor structure repairs. Perform work in a safe manner at all times.
*Qualifications: * Minimum age requirement 18 years old. Minimum 5 years experience in the following types of roofing applications: Asphalt shingles, cedar shake & shingles, synthetic shakes, standing seam metal, torch down, and PVC/TPO/EPDM single-ply. Knowledge of tile, B.U.R. and other systems helpful but not required. Some carpentry skills required. Must have good organizational skills. Must have the ability to work independently. Must be able to speak and understand English, fluently. Some computer skills helpful but not required. Have your own tools. Company can provide larger tools as necessary. Have your own clean and dependable truck or van with the ability to haul ladders and materials. Reside within a 10 mile radius of North Lynnwood.
COMPENSATION: Wages D.O.E., minimum $30 per hour for a qualified applicant. Current mileage rates paid for your own vehicle. Company cell phone P.T.O. after 90 days
