Job Summary:
The Commercial HVAC Install Helper works closely with a Lead HVAC Installation Technician to assist in the installation and/or replacement of commercial HVAC/R systems.

Responsibilities:
Provide support to Lead Technician throughout the installation process of commercial HVAC/R systems.
Carry out basic tasks such as lifting and moving equipment, tools, and materials to and from the work area.
Prepare job sites by organizing and setting up necessary tools and equipment.
Help with the installation of electrical wiring, controls, and sensors according to specifications.
Perform basic measurements, calculations, and adjustments as directed by the Lead Technician.
Maintain a clean and organized work area, ensuring that tools and materials are properly stored.
Follow all safety protocols and guidelines to ensure a safe working environment for yourself and others.
Assist in troubleshooting and resolving any issues or challenges that may arise during the installation process.
Communicate effectively with the Lead Technician and other team members to ensure smooth coordination and completion of tasks.
Safely drives company vehicle, follows requirements of company vehicle driving policy and adheres to all safety requirements.
Requirements:
High School Diploma or equivalent.
HVAC trade school certificate/diploma or current enrollment in a trade school preferred.
Previous experience in construction or a relatable field is preferred.
Basic knowledge of HVAC systems and components.
Ability to use hand and power tools.
Physical strength and stamina to perform manual tasks, including lifting heavy equipment and materials.
Ability to work at heights and in confined spaces, adhering to safety regulations.
Excellent teamwork and communication skills.
Willingness to learn and take direction from experienced HVAC technicians.
Basic computer skills.
Must possess a valid driver's license with an insurable driving record.
Must pass a drug screen and complete a satisfactory background check.

Weekly paychecks - $18 - $22/hr. based on experience, qualifications, and skills.
