Your New Role:

As an Office Associate, you will be responsible for managing various administrative tasks essential to daily operations and customer satisfaction. Key responsibilities include:

  • Daily SalesForce and CRM maintenance, supporting sales team communication and pipeline tracking
  • Managing social media presence on LinkedIn
  • Tracking and coordinating, ensuring accurate lead times
  • Verifying new BOMs with Engineering
  • Supporting RFQ requests with breadboard setups as needed
  • Serving as backup for customer invoicing and shipping, including entry of packing slips
  • Assisting with phone coverage and customer inquiries

What You Need:

  • Strong communication skills, both written and verbal
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office applications and experience with Global Shop (or willingness to learn)
  • Excellent customer service skills
  • Positive, team-oriented attitude, with a commitment to follow-up and resolve any outstanding issues
