Your New Role:
As an Office Associate, you will be responsible for managing various administrative tasks essential to daily operations and customer satisfaction. Key responsibilities include:
- Daily SalesForce and CRM maintenance, supporting sales team communication and pipeline tracking
- Managing social media presence on LinkedIn
- Tracking and coordinating, ensuring accurate lead times
- Verifying new BOMs with Engineering
- Supporting RFQ requests with breadboard setups as needed
- Serving as backup for customer invoicing and shipping, including entry of packing slips
- Assisting with phone coverage and customer inquiries
What You Need:
- Strong communication skills, both written and verbal
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office applications and experience with Global Shop (or willingness to learn)
- Excellent customer service skills
- Positive, team-oriented attitude, with a commitment to follow-up and resolve any outstanding issues
