c. Box making d. Inventory log books (Cooler) e. Package all tills to GMI quality standards and policies f. Be able to hit and maintain a set packing rates g. Shanklin operating procedures/policies/safety applications h. Correctly label all tills and cases per customer order i. Strapping operating procedures/policies/safety applications j. Reading sale tickets to complete and double checking for completion k. Daily practices of Safety and Food Safety requirements is a MUST l. Help in other Departments when available and directed by Supervisor/Management m. Proper daily paper work for each sales ticket for traceability
