The Hach University – NA Learning Facilitator is responsible for delivering learning courses and programs on products, applications, and vertical markets within the context of scheduled courses and country specific training for service and sales associates within the region and will be located in Loveland, Colorado (On site).

In this role, a typical day will look like:

  • Leading the implementation of Hach's Global Service training curriculum including compelling delivery of the program both domestically and globally.

  • Impact the success of our service learning offerings as measured by key performance indicators which you will monitor and influence.

  • Leverage your interpersonal savvy as you build and maintain a global network of professional On the Job Training (OJT) Service coaches and trainers.

  • Use your subject matter expertise in water in collaboration with our internal Hach University content creation team in the development of coursework related to both lab and process equipment.

The essential requirements of the job include:

  • Bachelor's degree in Environmental Science, Biology, Chemistry, Communications, or a related field

  • Minimum 5 years’ experience with advanced knowledge of Hach products , water plant products, or industrial water operations products in one or more of the following areas: Hach Company or other Veralto water business, customer service, water plant operations, or analytical testing

  • Willingness to travel up to 50%, domestically and globally.

  • Knowledge of English required. Spanish or Portuguese are a plus.

The salary range for this role is $96,000 – 100,000. This is the range that we in good faith believe is the range of possible compensation for this role at the time of this posting. We may ultimately pay more or less than the posted range and this range is only applicable for jobs to be performed in Colorado. This range may be modified in the future.

This job is also eligible for bonus/incentive pay.
