About the role:

The AR Coordinator I will perform daily processing of all wires and Canada EFTs by applying to accounts receivable or GL accounts and adjusting discrepancies. Serve as liaison between the Accounts Receivable Department and company banks.

In this role, you will :

• Apply all US wires.

• Apply all Canadian EFTs

• Run unapplied payments report, research and apply to AR invoices

• Backup for processing Lockbox checks

• Backup for processing Remote Deposits

• Backup for Vouchers

It would be a plus if you could also:

• Backup for processing Credit Cards

• Backup for processing ACHs

• Backup for processing Canada Check deposits

Are you qualified?

• High School Diploma or GED required.

• Minimum of 2 years’ experience in office environment.

• Strong customer service skills, including ability to communicate professionally both verbally and in writing required.

• Basic math skills required.

• Proficient on 10-key required.

Preferred qualifications:

• 2-year degree in Accounting or Finance preferred.

• Basic knowledge of accounting preferred.

• Strong Microsoft Office skills including Excel and word processing preferred.

The salary range for this role is $24 – 26 per hour. This is the range that we in good faith believe is the range of possible compensation for this role at the time of this posting. We may ultimately pay more or less than the posted range and this range is only applicable for jobs to be performed in Colorado. This range may be modified in the future.

We offer comprehensive package of benefits including paid time off, medical/dental/vision insurance and 401(k) to eligible employees.

This job is also eligible for incentive pay.
