Veralto Accounts Payable Coordinator (Hybrid) in Loveland, Colorado

We are seeking an Accounts Payable Coordinator who will provide effective business support in a culture that thrives on winning.

In this role, you will have the opportunity to:

  • Facilitate the timely, accurate and reliable invoice entries for payment, and three-way match invoices.

  • Investigate and resolve problems associated with processing invoices.

  • Work with buyers to ensure items are received and payments can be made timely.

  • Resolve invoice discrepancies by contacting internal purchasing or receiving, supplier or internal customers

It would be a plus if you could also:

  • Set up new vendors, creating vendor updates using anti-fraud protocol.

  • Monitor and manage all accounts payable emails boxes.

  • Handle vendor correspondence via phone or email.

  • Research and resolve a variety of internal and external inquiries concerning account status.

  • Other team tasks, as assigned.

The essential requirements of the job include:

  • High School Diploma or GED required.

  • Knowledge of basic accounting concepts required.

  • Strong computer skills including Excel and word processing.

  • Strong attention to detail.

The salary range for this role is $40,000 – 45,000 . This is the range that we in good faith believe is the range of possible compensation for this role at the time of this posting. We may ultimately pay more or less than the posted range and this range is only applicable for jobs to be performed in Colorado. This range may be modified in the future.

This job is also eligible for bonus pay.
