Willie’s Joynt Café, located in Texas Roadhouse Support Center, is looking for a detail-oriented and experienced employee for our Cook position. Responsibilities would include:

Responsibilities

  • Assembling food orders to completion

  • Meeting and maintaining all food and plate specifications

  • Meeting established cook time standards

  • Understanding and following prep sheets

  • Using and following recipes

  • Coordinating food items from other line positions

  • Understanding and following proper safety and sanitation practices

  • Removing trash

  • Keeping workplace, equipment, floors and walk-ins clean and organized

  • Properly using, cleaning, assembling and disassembling appropriate equipment including: Grills, Fryers, Dish Machine, Slicers, Three compartment sinks, Ovens, and Stoves
