Aston Carter Production Planner in Louisville, Kentucky

Description:

GENERAL RESPONISIBILITIES:

  • Plan, schedule and maintain machine orders for multiple assembly lines and/or sub-assemblies as determined by a monthly SIOP process.

  • Monitor and evaluate production plan daily and make necessary adjustments by taking into consideration customer demand and customer priorities, labor and material constraints, in order to provide optimal production plan to shop floor

  • Create and release production orders to shop floor and provide necessary accompanying documents

  • Plan maintain production schedules day to day

  • Monitoring output of production

  • Building schedule for next week

  • Creating and maintaining schedule

Additional Skills & Qualifications:

  • Minimum 2-4 years of experience in a manufacturing environment.

  • ERP (SAP) and excel (formula’s, v-look ups) experience

  • Problem solving

  • Sense of urgency

  • Master scheduling/ supply chain/ production planner/ material controller experience

  • 4+ years of experience unless you have a degree (2-4 yrs)
