What you get to do every day

• Submit data accurately

• Copy, faxing, and filing for many departments

• Route calls to the appropriate parties

• Maintain office facility and resources Requirements - Ability to manage, lead change and build process improvements

• Ability to complete general office work, operate basic office equipment, and route incoming materials

• Succeed independently with tasks

• Knowledge of word processing and spreadsheets highly desired

• A willingness to take on both small administrative tasks and high visibility requests

• Ability to multitask and attention to detail are critical

• 1+ years of experience

• Automated Test experience

• Strong familiarity with Administrative Assistance

• Knowledge of Identity Verification
