TEKsystems Office Manager in Louisville, Colorado
Description:
Managing office procedures, payroll, and correspondence
Creating and managing records for company personnel, financial data, and additional data
Managing office inventory, ordering new office supplies
Answering phone calls and emails, greeting office visitors
Assist in facility requests, repairs, and inspections
Assists with building support vendors
Build spreadsheets and presentations for leadership
Manage budget and bookkeeping
Qualifications:
Working knowledge of office equipment (printers, scanners, copiers)
Intermediate knowledge of Microsoft Office (Excel, Word, Outlook, PowerPoint)
High school diploma
2-3 years of experience
