TEKsystems Office Manager in Louisville, Colorado

Description:

  • Managing office procedures, payroll, and correspondence

  • Creating and managing records for company personnel, financial data, and additional data

  • Managing office inventory, ordering new office supplies

  • Answering phone calls and emails, greeting office visitors

  • Assist in facility requests, repairs, and inspections

  • Assists with building support vendors

  • Build spreadsheets and presentations for leadership

  • Manage budget and bookkeeping

Qualifications:

  • Working knowledge of office equipment (printers, scanners, copiers)

  • Intermediate knowledge of Microsoft Office (Excel, Word, Outlook, PowerPoint)

  • High school diploma

  • 2-3 years of experience
