Job Description:

Robert Half is seeking a talented and detail-oriented Contract Administrator. As a Contract Administrator, you will play a crucial role in managing contractual agreements, ensuring compliance, and facilitating seamless communication between internal teams and external stakeholders. The ideal candidate will have a strong understanding of contract law, exceptional organizational skills, and a passion for delivering outstanding customer service.

Responsibilities:

  • Draft and review a variety of contracts, including software licenses, service agreements, and vendor contracts.

  • Collaborate with sales, legal, and finance teams to ensure contract terms meet business objectives and regulatory requirements.

  • Manage contract lifecycle from creation to renewal, including tracking key dates, milestones, and obligations.

  • Serve as the primary point of contact for contract-related inquiries and provide guidance to internal stakeholders on contract interpretation and compliance.

  • Conduct regular audits to assess contract performance, identify risks, and implement corrective measures as needed.

  • Maintain accurate and up-to-date contract documentation and records using contract management software.

  • Assist with special projects and initiatives as assigned by senior management.

    Requirements

Qualifications:

  • Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Legal Studies, or related field preferred.

  • Proven experience in contract administration, preferably in a SaaS or technology-driven environment.

  • Strong understanding of contract law principles and regulations.

  • Excellent communication skills, both verbal and written.

  • Exceptional organizational skills and attention to detail.

  • Ability to prioritize tasks and manage multiple projects simultaneously in a fast-paced environment.

  • Proficiency in contract management software and Microsoft Office suite.

  • Relevant certifications (e.g., Certified Commercial Contracts Manager) are a plus.
