TEKsystems Billing Administrator in Louisville, Colorado

  • Place inbound/outbound calls to assist in any questions employees have as it relates to appointments scheduled, onboarding, training, etc

  • Will ensure all necessary forms are completed before the start of employee.

  • Will properly organize invoices as they are received electronically or physically

  • Planning and supervising billing and collection operations.

  • Coordinating with other departments to ensure the accuracy of billing information.

  • Corresponding with clients, answering questions, and resolving issues.

  • Following up on outstanding payments.

  • Preparing and sending invoices.

  • Maintaining and updating records.

  • Creating and managing client accounts.

  • Reconciling account discrepancies.

Additional Skills & Qualifications:

-High School diploma

-Undergraduate Degree preferred

-1-3 years administrative experience

-Plus: Bilingual in Spanish

  • Preferred: Invoice, billing, accounting experience
