Description
The UCLA Blood and Platelet Center, located at Ackerman, is currently seeking a motivated student worker to assist in recruiting blood donors across the campus. This role offers an excellent opportunity to contribute to a vital cause while gaining valuable experience in public engagement and community outreach. Duties include:
Participate in classroom presentations to promote and encourage blood donation.
Collaborate with our Campus Recruiter to enhance our social media content and outreach efforts.
Assist in organizing and executing club and department drives, including creating promotional materials and delivering presentations.
Support telerecruitment efforts and administer survey responses as needed.
Note: This position is open exclusively to current UCLA students.
Salary Range: $16.50/hour - $27.00/hourQualifications
Must be a current UCLA student.
Excellent presentation and public speaking skills.
Strong attention to detail.
A team player who thrives in a collaborative environment.
Flexibility to accommodate various work schedules.
