About The Role:

  • As a CBRE Sr Property Marketing Specialist, you will plan, coordinate, and complete marketing events and partnerships generating alternative revenue for the property. Working with internal and external partners to grow new and existing partnerships driving traffic and sales to the property. This person reports to the Marketing Manager and supports overall Bloc marketing strategy and goals.

What You'll Do:

  • Prepare presentations and proposals for new business development providing recommendations with a focus on ensuring that all materials meet established standards as to branding and messaging.

  • Handle entire proposal and presentation process from inception to completion.

  • Review internal and external collateral materials, proofread content, ensure appropriate branding and approve materials for final distribution.

  • Assist in the coordination and implementation of marketing strategies and performs research and analysis to support those strategies.

  • Provide marketing education and training on tools, resources, as well as technical assistance to staff.

  • Provide cost estimates for clients by researching costs and negotiating with vendors.

  • Ensure compliance with company standards with the company logo and consistency of marketing products.

  • May handle business development for the Marketing Center, prepare monthly and quarterly marketing reports for management, and handle the information flow provided, such as press releases, feature articles, and by-line articles to the media.

  • May serve as the contact for advertising and promotion for a local area office.

  • Coordinate implements, supervise, and follow-up of marketing property events and partnerships generating alternative revenue for the property.

  • Secure property wide and event specific paid and in-kind sponsorships, including but not limited to other alternative revenue opportunities like retail pop ups, sampling promotions, brand activations, vending, filming locations agreements, displays, etc.

  • Bachelor's degree or equivalent from four-year college or university and a minimum of four to six years of related experience and/or training. Experience in commercial real estate preferred.

  • Excellent written and verbal skills. Strong organizational and analytical skills. Ability to provide efficient, timely, reliable and courteous service to internal clients. Ability to effectively present information.

  • Requires basic knowledge of financial terms and principles. Ability to calculate intermediate figures such as percentages.

  • Ability to comprehend, analyze, and interpret documents. Ability to solve problems involving several options in situations. Requires intermediate analytical and quantitative skills.

  • Intermediate skills with various software programs such as Creative Suite and Microsoft Office Suite. Ability to learn web publishing platform.

  • Decisions made with in-depth understanding and interpretation of procedures, company policies and business practices to achieve general results. Responsible for setting department timelines. Errors in judgment may cause long-term impact to co-workers, supervisor, department and/or line of business.

CBRE carefully considers multiple factors to determine compensation, including a candidate’s education, training, and experience. The minimum salary for the Sr Property Marketing Specialist position is $90,000 annually and the maximum salary for the Sr Property Marketing Specialist position is $100,000 annually. The compensation that is offered to a successful candidate will depend on the candidate’s skills, qualifications, and experience. This role will provide the following benefits: 401(K), Dental insurance, Health insurance, Life insurance, and Vision insurance.
