Responsibilities
Facilitate all aspects of DSA inspections (Authority Having Jurisdiction).
Use PROCORE construction software, establish sound workflows using project's management software / tools.
Drive and influence a positive QA/QC culture on the job site.
Act as a teammate and resource to project team.
Identify, modify, and implement and support changes to plans and workflows as needed to meet demands of project.
As safety and quality go hand-in-hand, coordinate with safety to ensure maximum efficiency and effectiveness.
Preferred Qualifications
LACCD and/or LAUSD project experience.
A graduate of a four-year accredited college or university program in one of the following disciplines: Engineering, Architecture, Construction Management, Engineering Technology, Building Construction, or Building Science.
Minimum of 10 years experience in construction total and at least 5 years as a QC Manager on similar size and type construction contracts.
Compensation and Benefits
$130,000 to $150,000 salary range
The offered rate will be based on the candidate's knowledge, skills, abilities and/or experience.
