[Carlton Fields is seeking a Part-time Office Services Clerk for its Los Angeles office.

  • Reception coverage - answering very light phones, greeting visitors, maintaining delivery log, validating parking, adding guests to security, reserving conference rooms
  • Document Production Center - copy, scan and print
  • Collecting and distributing incoming mail and deliveries
  • Preparing outgoing mail and overnight packages for shipping
  • Stocking office supplies and taking inventory
  • Setting up and cleaning of conference rooms for meetings
  • Records - updating and creating files, locating files
  • Library - updating library materials
  • Supporting tech department re office equipment
  • Preparing check requests for invoices
  • Other office service-related responsibilities upon request
  • Flexibility to work overtime
  • Ability to work well with others as a team player, multi-task and prioritize work requests

[Minimum Requirements]{arial",sans-serif"=""}

  • Part-time hours of 1:00pm - 5:00pm (some flexibility)
  • High School Diploma or equivalent experience
  • Minimum of 2 years office experience
  • Experience in a law firm or other professional organization
  • Knowledge of copiers, printers, faxes and other office equipment
  • Ability to lift 50lbs unassisted
