Oversee inventory management and stock operations.
Maintain accurate inventory records.
Supervise warehouse personnel.
Ensure stock replenishment.
Implement quality control measures.
Manage documentation and reporting.
Optimize operational efficiency.
Ensure safety and compliance.
Collaborate with other departments for customer service.
Inventory Management:
Maintain accurate records of inventory levels.
Conduct regular stock counts.
Reconcile discrepancies.
Ensure compliance with inventory management procedures.
Supervision:
Lead a team of warehouse staff.
Assign tasks and provide training.
Ensure adherence to safety protocols and operational procedures.
Stock Replenishment:
Monitor stock levels.
Anticipate demand.
Coordinate with procurement/purchasing teams.
Quality Control:
Implement quality control measures.
Inspect goods for damage and adherence to quality standards.
Log temperature readings.
Documentation and Reporting:
Maintain accurate records of stock transactions.
Generate reports on inventory levels.
Operational Efficiency:
Identify opportunities to improve efficiency.
Optimize storage space.
Implement new technologies for inventory management.
Safety and Compliance:
Ensure compliance with health and safety regulations.
Conduct regular safety inspections.
Customer Service:
Collaborate with other departments to fulfill orders.
Address customer inquiries or concerns.
