Snap Labs AR is looking for a Technical Program Manager to join the team in London.

What you’ll do:

  • Drive software development for Augmented Reality (AR) platforms, from product definition and technology development to ensure on-time delivery

  • Collaborate with TPMs from other groups and departments across software (SW) and hardware (HW)

  • Lead communications between Engineering leads and Product Management / Design stakeholders to ensure that we are building towards the intended goals

  • Establish program management frameworks and processes for managing and tracking deliverables

  • Drive org-wide initiatives

  • Build, manage, and set directions for multiple software teams

  • Plan milestones, anticipate setbacks, and support troubleshooting and/or contingency plans

  • Create software project schedules that align with product requirements, technical challenges, and business needs

  • Drive execution by defining metrics, program requirements, and scope

  • Perform risk and change management, identify and solve systemic, organizational-wide problems, influence, and build strong relationships

Knowledge, Skills & Abilities:

  • Experience building sustainable processes and coordinating release schedules

  • Proficient with software development practices, tools and schedules

  • Skilled at risk identification and mitigation across software and hardware

  • Strong motivational leadership skills

Minimum Qualifications:

  • Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Computer Engineering, Information Systems, or equivalent years of experience

  • Proven track record of interdisciplinary system integration of software components

Preferred Qualifications:

  • Experience driving complex programs in a fast-paced consumer electronics environment

  • Experience working with global teams distributed across multiple time zones, countries and cultures

  • Experience with project/issue tracking and version control software

  • Knowledge of AR SW & HW technology and use cases
