Within our Core Terminal business, Fixed Income is a key priority. As we look to build on the value proposition our clients have come to depend on, we will continue to drive thought leadership and remain a key partner to our clients through continuous innovation. Based on the growth we have seen in recent years around Private Markets this is a priority for us as we look to develop our suite of products across private credit so that we can offer our clients a more complete offering across both public and private markets.

To drive success, you will collaborate with internal stakeholders across multiple Product, Data and Engineering teams. You will also need to embrace values that are core to our business and drive how we approach and partner with our clients to build solutions that address their most critical challenges in a timely and reliable manner.

The Role

We are looking for someone that brings a deep understanding and strong domain knowledge around private credit who understands the requirements and demands across player types within the asset manager and asset owner space as well as the role that banks continue to play in this space. These client segments represent our client base and we are extremely focused on understanding their challenges and opportunities as we partner with them and help them to deliver on their most important priorities. This a product management role where the expectation will extend beyond building deeper relationships with our clients but also working closely with internal stakeholders to deliver market leading products across the Terminal and our Enterprise Products and Enterprise Data product offering. The product manager will be responsible for the design, development, deployment, marketing, adoption and ongoing enhancement and expansion of our private credit offering.

We’ll Trust you to:

  • Have a deep understanding of our customers and their needs, challenges and opportunities and how market structure and the overall market environment impacts them. Our solutions are intended to help them capitalize on these opportunities and at the same time address their most pressing challenges.

  • Think strategically, drive thought leadership and develop a clear vision for your product, articulating how it solves specific client problems and opportunities and combines with other parts of our product offering to deliver solutions to our customers.

  • Develop a roadmap and lead execution through an agile development process, documenting and explaining business requirements and working with our key partners and stakeholders across the firm to deliver high quality products and solutions to our customers.

  • Work with our sales organization to maintain a high level of client outreach and interaction to build awareness around our existing offering and to make sure that as we release new products or feature enhancements our clients aware of them and understand the value they bring.

  • Identify and track strategic goals, outcomes, and key success metrics to measure impact.

You’ll need to have:

  • Have a deep understanding of private credit as an asset class and the different market participants in this space including their research, investment, position management, lifecycle, portfolio management, valuation, risk management and performance attribution workflows

  • Have a clear understanding and an ability to articulate the opportunity in private credit and where we are able to deliver value to our customers in a way that plays to our strengths and existing offering across both public and private markets.

  • Ability to create strategic goals, prioritize outcomes, and develop roadmaps

  • Demonstrable domain knowledge of Fixed Income markets and structure, and interest in new technologies.

  • Demonstrated technical, analytical and problem-solving skills and an ability to understand complex topics and workflows and distill them into easy to understand requirements across our products and solutions.

  • Good communication and presentation skills with an ability to operate at any level across an organization including internally as well as externally with various market participants and very importantly our customers.

We’d love to see:

  • Strong grounding in risk management and risk management principals across fixed income and more specifically a good understanding of risk factors associated with private credit An ability to work with other teams to understand their business goals and find mutually beneficial solutions

  • Ability to develop and promote relationships and engagement without direct reporting line authority

  • Experience in product management, strong organizational skills, and an ability to map dependencies
