Duties and responsibilities related to the ​ In-R o om Dining Manager ​ role * *

• Oversee all aspects of the in room dining operations, including hiring, scheduling, and inventory management

• Collaborate with the culinary team and food & beverage manager to create in room dining menus that reflect seasonal offerings

• Monitor guest feedback, always striving to achievehigh levelof guest satisfaction

• Train,coachand mentor colleagues to provide exceptional service

• Develop strategies to promote in room dining offerings and increase revenue. Collaborate with the marketing team to create promotional materials and campaigns

Provenmanagementexperiencein In-Room Diningoperations, with strong leadership skillsand the ability to motivate and inspire a team.You will have excellent knowledge ofindustry best practices.
