A leading OEM in the greater Atlanta area needs a skilled senior Project Engineer/ Project Manager. The role requires leading the execution and engineering design of equipment and components for assigned projects. It requires collaboration with project managers, engineers, and clients to ensure that designs meet specifications and project goals are achieved on time and within budget. You will coordinate with teams to develop engineering documents, manage project timelines, and support fabrication and testing.

Ideal candidates will have a background in engineering or project management with at least five years of relevant experience in an industrial OEM or EPC organization. Cap EX Engineers working within an industrial setting will also be considered. This is a direct-hire role, and our client is only seeking local talent at this time.

responsibilities:

• Lead internal project kick-off and client status meetings

• Ensure deliverables meet project specifications and schedule

• Track project hours and maintain up-to-date project management records

• Develop and manage P&IDs, engineering documents, and BOM for projects

• Coordinate with engineering, fabrication, and service teams for equipment submittals, testing, and customer handover

• Identify and resolve issues, escalating when necessary to keep projects on track
