Job Summary
The Facility Coordinator is responsible for managing the operational delivery of cost effective outsourced and facility management services to the 2 locations in Poland at Warszawa & Łódź for our of our clients, according to KIPs and SLAs.
Responsibilities:
Responsible for the quality, safety, cost and delivery of all in scope Facilities and Support Services for the client sites.
First escalation point for all issues and incidents.
Responsibility for customer satisfaction for all of the services both soft and technical.
Responsibility for Vendor management of local supply partners.
The Facility Coordinator works closely with the clients and local supply partners on performance, contractual and vendor management.
Focusing local teams on meeting agreed KPIs, budgets and deadlines.
Ensure all resources are effectively optimized, costs minimized and profit maximized for any activity under control.
Ensure all contract activities comply with all company, legal and client requirements for Health and Safety, Quality Management, environmental policies and general duty of care.
Control FM budgets and yearly service costs. Ensure purchasing and payment approval processes are properly organized within dedicated on-line platform/application.
Support engineering team in all the activities related to M&E services.
Support and manage FM projects.
Scope of responibility:
Operational Responsibility for client sites in Warsaw & Łódź. Decisions made with in-depth understanding and interpretation of procedures, company policies and business practices to achieve complex results. Responsible for setting team deadlines.
Requirements:
Experience of managing staff, sub-contractors and the provision of FM services
Having qualification in a facilities/technical based discipline and experience of sub-contractor supervision.
Experience of 3 years in a similar position.
Must have full driving license
Excellent knowledge in oral and written English
Be flexible, proactive and customer focused
Strong leadership and organizational skills
