Philips Collections Intern with Italian in Lodz, Poland
Your role:
Investigating reasons for customers' non-payments or short payments.
Registering customer disputes in SAP.
Contacting customers via phone, email, and mail to follow up on outstanding invoices and arrange for payment.
Maintaining accurate and up-to-date records of all collection activities.
Providing regular reports on collection and dispute registration status to management.
You're the right fit if:
you are a student of at least 2nd year of studies.
you are fluent in Italian and English.
you are an open, proactive person with an eye for detail.
you are available to work at least 25 h/week, Monday - Friday.
