Position Description:

Job Purpose and Scope:

Manages and oversees the learning management system (LMS), while optimizing its functionality and enhancing the user experience.

Essential Job Functions:

  • Serves as the main point of contact and system expert for users.

  • Oversees, configures, tests, and provides ongoing maintenance to all content while continually making suggestions for improvements.

  • Ensures instructor-led training and online courses are set up and maintained and audits training assignments to ensure courses are completed on time.

  • Manages the LMS function and team to achieve high performance and promote Bank OZK Culture.

  • Creates and enforces internal processes for LMS course administration.

  • Assesses and tests LMS features to minimize error and limit negative impact to internal clients.

  • Provides direction on LMS functionality and how the LMS integrates with other technologies.

  • Manages and implements LMS aspects for all projects.

  • Crafts and maintains system-generated email notifications and communications regarding system upgrades or changes.

  • Analyzes and creates accurate reports and dashboards to track LMS metrics and KPIs. Utilizes BI software to develop reports for all levels of management, including reports for the Internal Audit, BSA, and Compliance departments.

  • Maintains user access and transcript information, as needed.

  • Manages and supports internal clients ’power user access.

  • Partners with Instructional Designers to create and test online courses.

  • Develops and maintains effective relationships with stakeholders and vendors.

  • Regularly exercises discretion and judgment in the performance of essential job functions.

  • Maintains good punctuality and attendance to work.

  • Follows Bank policy, procedures, and guidelines.

  • Knowledge of database administration.

  • Ability to manage and coach a high performing team independently.

  • Ability to demonstrate creative problem-solving and analytical skills regarding technical processes, workflow, and user experience.

  • Ability to communicate effectively both verbally and in writing.

Position Requirements:

Basic Qualifications:

  • Bachelor’s degree or commensurate work experience, required.

  • 4+ years of experience administering LMS software/tools, required.

  • 1+ year of experience in a leading, managing, or supervisory role, preferred.

  • Prior experience in a learning and development or training environment, preferred.

  • Prior experience in data analysis, preferred.
