Summary:
- No-touch freights
- Home daily
- Monday - Friday
40- 45 hours per week (Varies)
Drives diesel powered tractor trailer combination to pick up, transport, and deliver products by performing the following duties:
Essential Duties and Responsibilities:
Include the following. Other duties may be assigned:
Drives truck to meet appointment time at delivery or pick up destination in a safe manner
Inspect truck and trailer for defects before and after trips and submit vehicle inspection reports indicating condition
Comply with all DOT regulations and maintain driver logbook. Notify dispatch with any issues regarding load assignments that may violate hours of service rules
Timely response to communication with dispatch and operations personnel, adhere to claim prevention, and follow dispatch procedures as outlined in the WTL Policy Handbook for Drivers
Maintain professional conduct and appearance when on duty and representing the company
*Requirements: *
- Valid Class A CDL License is required
- DOT drug screen
