Direct Hire Maintenance Technician! (Liberty, SC)

Day Shift 6a-6p (2-2-3 schedule)

Night Shift 6p06a (2-2-3 schedule)

$25-35hr

Job Description

• Perform routine maintenance, including, but not limited to, mechanical, electrical, pneumatic, hydraulic, troubleshooting and repair of production machines and

facility

• Troubleshoot, maintain, modify, and repair PLCs (Allen Bradley & Siemens). Programming not required.

• Trouble electricity up to 480v

• Adjust film tension as needed to improve performance

• Maintain production on the line, troubleshoot and correct issues on the line as quickly as possible to maintain production.

• Provide emergency/unscheduled and scheduled repairs on production equipment during production and during scheduled downtime.

• Perform regular preventive maintenance on machines, equipment and plant facilities

• Use a variety of hand and power tools, Volt meters and material handling equipment in performing duties.

• Analyze, troubleshoot, replace and install electrical AC/DC controls, Power distribution, troubleshooting and electrical installations

• Work from drawings, blueprints, worksheets, and other related documents.

• Mechanical and electrical troubleshooting, diagnosis and repair of manufacturing and facility equipment.

• Perform mechanic skills including, but not limited to, mechanical, electrical, pneumatic, hydraulic, troubleshooting and repair of production machines.

• Maintaining the operation of and troubleshooting baking machinery and equipment

• Disassemble, repair, and reassemble equipment, using precision measurement tools.

• Interpret schematics and equipment manuals to troubleshoot equipment.

• Perform Preventive Maintenance and Predictive Maintenance to increase equipment reliability and up-time.

• Repair, install and program VFD’s.

• Work in CMMS (FIX) system
