Individual will be responsible for:• developing and managing recruitment programs• scheduling and participating in campus visits with candidates• developing a comprehensive, strategic marketing plan through social media to reach potential studentsIdeal candidates will have a minimum of four years of experience in recruiting, preferably at the college or graduate level. An MBA or other graduate degree is preferred for this position along with 4 years of professional employment in education, admissions, recruitment, or client relations.
