SCOPE OF POSITION:

Develops, plans, implements, and supports the Plan to Make process stream. Sets deadlines, assigns responsibilities and monitors progress for and within the ERP system. Provides functional process expertise for the Plan-to-Make process stream.

ESSENTIAL DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES:

  • SME and Process Team lead for the assigned process stream.

  • Assumes ownership of process design, business requirements, design and documentation of business processes. This includes identification of gaps, localization issues and configured business processes.

  • Develop strategies, plans and processes for the ERP solution, based on organizational requirements.

  • Coordinate and manage implementation efforts in conjunction with other process teams.

  • Assist in integrations with upstream and downstream processes and workflows.

  • Support other teams with data cleansing, migration, training and go-live support.

  • Manage ERP implementation and post implementation activities including process workflows.

  • Perform conflict resolution and project management duties including meeting notes, follow up on actions, documenting and communicating decisions.

  • Assist with system requirements and selected vendor 's offerings/capabilities.

  • Enforce ERP policies, procedures, and standards.

Qualifications

KNOWLEDGE/ SKILLS/ EXPERIENCE/ EDUCATION: (Minimum Education and/or Experience required)

  • Four to five years production or manufacturing planning, scheduling, procurement or similar; or equivalent combination of education and experience.

  • Thorough knowledge of production planning field, construction/installation methods.

  • Experience developing and integrating suppliers, processes, materials, data and technology to meet manufacturing and delivery requirements.

  • Ability to read/interpret architectural blueprints and job specification a must.

  • Detail-oriented, strong interpersonal and organizational skills.

  • Familiarity with systems and manufacturing processes.

  • Proven leadership ability in a technical team role and in cross-functional environments.

  • Prior experience in analyzing and interpreting technical procedures for planning functions.

  • Able to multi-task and manage multiply assignments concurrently, with an elevated level of detail and analytical skills.
