Responsibilities:

• Conduct thorough analysis of financial statements including income statements, balance sheets, and cash flow statements to assess the financial health and performance of companies.

• Develop financial models to forecast future revenues, expenses, and cash flows. Assist in the preparation of annual budgets and long-term financial plans.

• Monitor economic and market trends, industry developments, and competitor activities to provide insights into potential impacts on the company's financial performance.

• Evaluate investment opportunities including mergers and acquisitions, capital projects, and strategic initiatives. Perform financial due diligence and assess potential risks and returns.

• Identify financial risks such as liquidity risk, credit risk, and market risk, and develop strategies to mitigate these risks. Assess the impact of external factors such as regulatory changes and geopolitical events on the company's financial position.

• Prepare financial reports and presentations for senior management, investors, and other stakeholders. Communicate key findings and recommendations effectively to facilitate decision-making.

  Requirements

Qualifications:

• Bachelor's degree in Finance, Accounting, Economics, or related field.

• Proven experience in financial analysis, investment banking, or corporate finance.

• Strong analytical skills with proficiency in financial modeling and data analysis tools.

• Excellent communication and presentation skills, with the ability to convey complex financial concepts to non-financial stakeholders.

• Detail-oriented with a high level of accuracy and precision in financial analysis and reporting.

• Ability to work effectively both independently and as part of a team in a fast-paced environment.

• Proficiency in Microsoft Excel, PowerPoint, and financial software applications.
