CABA solutions is looking for a Database Engineer to work on a small team that maintains multiple production and development databases in a unique and lively customer focused environment. The successful candidate will be a part of a team that provides support to multiple organizations from a central location, with no travel requirements. This is an exciting position that supports a mission critical program with high visibility and a proven track record.

Primary Responsibilities:

• Provide support to existing database servers by performing routine maintenance to include Administration, patching, and system security compliance actions.

• Maintain multiple database clusters and provide direct support to system administrators and developers by creating SQL queries and modifying existing queries to accommodate operational changes.

• Create and modify stored procedures in existing databases as required by various development teams.

• Must be familiar with Microsoft SQL Server and the MSQL Server Management Studio tool set.

• Assist developers with designing databases to include database schema development and view design.

Basic Qualifications:

Bachelor's Degree and 12-15 years of experience. Additional experience may be considered in lieu of a degree

• Five (5) to ten (10) years' of experience and a DBA or DBE with a Security+ (CE) certification.

• TS/SCI with polygraph clearance is required.

• Currently possess and maintain one of the following certifications:

• Microsoft Certified Solutions Expert - Database (MCSE-DB)

• Microsoft Certified IT Professional - MS SQL Server (Database Developer 2008)

• IBM CASA Lotus Notes/Domino (LND)

Pay Range:

Pay Range $122,200.00 - $220,900.00
