Dir Financial Ops Dept - Payment Integrity Operations
Location: Alternate locations may be considered. This position will work a hybrid model (remote and office). The ideal candidate will live within 50 miles of one of our PulsePoint locations.

The Dir Financial Ops Dept coordinates, directs and manages operational areas of Payment Integrity Operations. Leads and participates in committees and projects that are enterprise-wide in scope. Acts as project sponsor. Our ideal candidate will have strong and effective people leadership experience.
How you will make an impact:
Counsels senior management on enterprise-wide policies and strategies.
Represents the company in legal matters and testifies as needed.
Develops and implements vision, strategies, and tactics to maximize the departments effectiveness while minimizing costs.
Ensures internal controls are appropriate and develops policies and procedures and ensures compliance with government regulations.
Works with other areas for solutions to complex problems and participates in critical interactions with both internal and external customers.
Hires, trains, coaches, counsels, and evaluates performance of direct reports.
Minimum Requirements:
Requires minimum of 8 years experience with operations, financial reporting and analysis, audit guidelines, budgeting and multi-state operations and processes and a minimum of 5 years management experience; or any combination of education and experience which would provide an equivalent background.
Preferred Skills, Capabilities, and Experiences:
Experience with complex business environments including multiple entity and highly automated situations strongly preferred.
Proven leadership experience working in the managed care/healthcare insurance industry most notably in Payment Integrity strongly preferred.
Exceptional strategic thinking, decision-making, problem-solving skills, and adaptability highly preferred.
Experience interacting confidently with senior management and executive level stakeholders, as a subject matter expert and comfortable with influencing decision-making preferred.
Experience in project execution, project management and process improvement strongly preferred.
Agile Safe, PMP, or Six Sigma certifications strongly preferred.
Excellent written, oral, presentation and interpersonal communication skills with the proven ability to negotiate expectations between multiple parties strongly preferred.
Proficient of Microsoft Office products Excel, Teams, Outlook, PowerPoint, Word and Power BI strongly preferred.
For candidates working in person or remotely in the below location(s), the salary* range for this specific position is $123,196 to $233,424
