Job Description: All About Moving Tampa Bay is looking for a Office Assistant to join our team. The candidate will be responsible for providing administrative support, ensuring day-to-day office operations, and delivering customer service.

Duties and Responsibilities:

  • Answer and phone calls, emails, and inquiries.
  • Manage scheduling for moving jobs and coordinate with moving crews.
  • Maintain and organize office files, records, and documents.
  • Assist with data entry, filing, and updating client databases.
  • Greet and assist walk-in customers.
  • Address customer questions and concerns.
  • Coordinate communication between clients and the moving team.
  • Follow up with customers post-move for feedback.
  • Support marketing efforts by helping to organize promotions, social media posts, and email campaigns.
  • Assist management with projects as needed.
  • Handle incoming and outgoing mail, packages, and deliveries.
