Position Overview:

New Project Sales: The primary emphasis of the position is to identify, develop, and solidify relationships with new customers and facilities. You will prospect, qualify, propose, sell, and follow up on mechanical projects and other services provided by the company. The work encompasses HVAC/R, air distribution system cleaning, air balance, Thermography, energy solutions, indoor air quality, and all other services the company offers. Work will be performed with the assistance and involvement of the Sales Team and Operations group as needed.

Present professionally and effectively the Company's philosophies and capabilities to prospects and customers; produce proposals and correspondence to address customer’s needs and meet assigned sales objectives.

Identify key accounts and provide services to achieve long-term relationships for the company.

Contribute productive ideas to enhance the Company’s sales and marketing programs and efforts.

Schedule and prioritize all electrical technical manpower efforts.

JOB SKILLS

MECHANICAL SYSTEMS KNOWLEDGE

To have an understanding of Mechanical and HVAC systems and be able to survey building systems, interpret drawings, equipment conditions, job conditions, and potential problems.

Identify opportunities for repair, replacement, or modification of existing equipment and involve the appropriate person or department.

TECHNICAL KNOWLEDGE

Understand mechanical, electrical, wiring, and automatic control systems.

Be able to interpret drawings, equipment conditions, job conditions, and potential problems
