Seeking customer service representatives to provide stellar service to assist new clients with enrollment in home healthcare services. This is a role where you will be able to make a genuine difference to clients as well as contribute towards company and personal growth. If you have prior experience in customer service roles and want a workplace that will take your skills and goals seriously, you are encouraged to apply.

• Answer inbound calls providing education, enrollment, and helpline services for the State of Michigan.

• Assist callers with the Atypical Provider program that helps Michigan residents apply for assistance with Home Health care services.

• Provide basic website navigation and troubleshooting assistance.

• Answer enquiries by email as well as by phone

• Consult with other staff members when needed and appropriate

M-F 8am-5pm ET
