This is an on campus position following the MAHE contractual guidelines. In-person teaching is required.

Teach courses in Nursing, including Pharmacology and Patient-Centered Care, consistent with current developments in the discipline and teaching methods. Participate in program/department meetings and divisional/college-wide committees with a focus on continual improvement of programs and learning outcomes. Participate in curriculum and course development, course and program coordination, tutoring and advising students, mentoring and reviewing peers, and College initiatives. Faculty must demonstrate a commitment to the diversity of a multi-cultural population, as well as work effectively in a team-based environment, seeking continuous improvement and adherence to the community college philosophy.

An on-campus presence and traditional in-person teaching is required. Depending upon program needs and the candidate's qualifications, teaching assignments will be primarily on LCC's downtown Lansing campus with the possibility of other campus and/or online assignments.

Regular on campus presence is expected for all LCC employment. Any flexible work schedules and/or hybrid work schedules approved by the College are subject to change based on the needs of the LCC community.
