The Opportunity

We are looking for an Executive Assistant to support the Strategy and Enterprise Technology Executive and extended team. You will be at the heart of the team's business operations and activities in order to uplift efficiency and engagement. Your day-to-day tasks will require you to balance time spent assisting the Executive while also supporting the broader team. To be successful in this role, you will thrive in a fast-paced and dynamic environment that requires excellent communication, organization, and collaboration.

This role requires in-office work based out of our Ally Detroit Center location.

The Work Itself

  • Coordinate calendars for the assigned Executive(s) and schedule meetings/events
  • Assist the Executive to proactively prepare for upcoming tasks and meetings.
  • Manage agendas, materials, logistics, and minutes for team meetings.
  • Establish and maintain trust with the Executive and other colleagues by ensuring confidentiality and reliability.
  • Act as an office manager for the assigned floor(s) including ordering necessary supplies.
  • Coordinate travel arrangements for Executive(s) and other personnel as required.
  • Assist with onboarding and offboarding of employees and contractors (e.g., seating, equipment orders).
  • Organize the department's information and communications in Teams and Sharepoint.
  • Manage Executive travel expenses and other payments as required.
  • Assist with special projects, content creation, and engagement activities.
  • Miscellaneous duties as assigned.

The Skills You Bring

  • 3+ years of executive / admin assistant experience required; preferably within a corporate setting.
  • Bachelor's degree preferred.
  • Technically savvy with Microsoft Office 365, Zoom, and office equipment.
  • Able to work independently with limited guidance.
  • Positive, "can-do" attitude; customer service skills, detail-oriented and organized.
  • Self-starter who takes initiative and anticipates proactively.
  • Strong collaboration and relationship-building skills.
  • Able to multi-task and manage time in a face-paced environment.

Base Pay Range:

Emerging: 65000

Experienced: 72500

Expert: 80000

Incentive Compensation: This position is eligible to participate in our annual incentive plan
