Job Description:
The Program Manager (PM) will lead a team of highly skilled penetration testers and red teaming professionals who are committed to addressing complex challenges. The PM is responsible for the development, procurement, integration, modification, operation and maintenance, personnel, relationship with Government personnel, and/or final disposition of the contract. The PM will provide technical supervision and guidance for all personnel assigned to their respective areas on the Task Order. They will maintain an awareness of all efforts under the Task Order and demonstrate leadership in a pioneering and dynamic organization.
Job Required Skills:
10+ years of experience in managing Penetration Test and Red Teaming assessments
Must be a US citizen
T-4 Public Trust clearance is required
Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science or related field is desired
Project Management Professional (PMP) certified
CISSP certified
Proficiency in project management tools and software (e.g., MS Project, Asana, Jira)
Provide a Weekly Contract Health Review to the customer
Act as the liaison between the various levels of Customer leadership and Functional Area Lead personnel
Demonstrated experience in designing, planning, executing, and reporting findings of security assessments
Experience interpreting data, analyzing results using statistical techniques, and providing factual reports
Experience performing threat analysis of adversary techniques, tactics, and procedures used to disrupt information or information systems
Demonstrate excellent verbal and written communication skills, including the ability to effectively communicate with internal and external customers, and excellent computer proficiency
Problem-solving skills
Ability to work under pressure and meet deadlines while maintaining a positive attitude and provide exemplary customer service
