Description

Robert Half is currently working with a client seeking a Regional Property Manager. A regional property manager is responsible for overseeing the operations and management of multiple properties within a specific geographic region. This position we are looking to fill also includes a bonus.

Responsibilities:

• Supervising the day-to-day operations of all properties within the region, including maintenance, repairs, and tenant relations.

• Handling tenant inquiries, concerns, and disputes. Ensuring tenant satisfaction and addressing any issues promptly and effectively.

• Working to maximize occupancy rates across all properties by overseeing leasing efforts, marketing vacant units, and implementing strategies to attract and retain tenants.

• Developing and managing property budgets, monitoring expenses, and ensuring that each property operates within budgetary guidelines. Analyzing financial reports and implementing cost-saving measures when necessary.

  Requirements

Qualifications:

• A bachelor's degree in business administration, real estate management, finance, or a related field is often preferred.

• Previous experience in property management is essential, with several years of experience typically required for a regional property manager role.

• Microsoft Excel knowledge, and Yardi experience preferred not a must.

• Strong knowledge of property management principles, practices, and regulations is necessary.
