This position primarily assists in the management of Banquets and, occasionally in the Outlets as assigned. The ideal candidate works well with a changing work environment as this position will rotate between banquets and outlets based on business levels. What will you be doing? Provide leadership to departments to achieve their goals and objectives. Communicate goals and objectives effectively and inspire employees to achieve those goals. Supervise and train all front of house F&B staff. Participate in core operational meetings to include BEO and resume meeting. Sell concepts and ideas to management, peers and employees. Utilize customer satisfaction surveys to develop and implement action plans to address areas of need. Fully understands the menu and wine list.
