Job Description

LRS Consulting Services is seeking an experienced SAP FICO Senior Manager for a direct-hire, hybrid-onsite opportunity with our consumer products client in the northern suburbs of Chicago, IL!

Responsibilities:

• Oversee all phases of the SAP FICO implementation project, including planning, design, development, testing, and deployment.

• Manage project timelines, resources, and budgets, ensuring adherence to project management best practices.

• Identify and mitigate risks associated with project delivery.

• Provide expert guidance on SAP FICO best practices, configurations, and optimizations within the S/4HANA environment.

• Collaborate with technical teams to ensure system integrations and data migrations are executed effectively.

• Stay updated on SAP technologies and trends to leverage new features and functionalities.

• Engage with key stakeholders, including finance, accounting, and operational teams, to gather requirements and ensure alignment of project objectives.

• Establish and maintain a support model for ongoing system maintenance and user support post-implementation.

• Gather feedback from users to identify areas for improvement and ensure continuous optimization of the SAP FICO

• Other responsibilities as assigned.

Requirements:

• Bachelor’s degree in Information Technology, Computer Science, Finance, or a related field preferred

• 8+ years of experience in SAP with a strong focus on FICO and related modules, and implementation and management of financial systems.

• Proven experience with S/4HANA and leading SAP implementations. Strong understanding of financial processes, accounting principles, and reporting requirements.

• Strong project management skills with proficiency in project management tools and methodologies.

• Candidates must have permanent authorization to work in the USA for any employer.
