Are you looking to use your experience as an Operations Manager to join a dynamic & growing team? The Operations Manager will be responsible for developing and executing strategies to enhance operational efficiency, oversee performance, and a team of employees. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in operations management, exceptional leadership skills, and a passion for driving continuous improvement.

salary: $75,000 - $85,000 per year

shift: First

work hours: 8 AM - 4 PM

education: High School

Responsibilities

• Supervise and guide a team offering direction, training, and performance assessments

• Create and execute strategies and procedures to enhance operational efficiency and lower expenses

• Oversee operational performance and introduce enhancements to meet key performance indicators

• Assist in management reporting, information distribution, and organizational planning while creating and overseeing a structured quality control process

• Track metrics and performance for staff

• Manage the coordination of inventory equipment logistics for events

• Improve the effectiveness and efficiency of support services.

• Manage discrepancies and returns

• Lead continued growth of the parts & warehouse departments, including physical department layout and organization

• Support all sales and service areas and interdepartments communications as needed
