Cargill Customer Experience Specialist Thai Speaker in Kuala Lumpur, Malaysia

Job Purpose and Impact

The Customer Experience Specialist Thai Speaker is all about delighting our customers and constantly innovating the customer experience that we provide for our customers and business partners via effective processes and with the help of future implementation & digitalization of tools and technology.

Key Accountabilities

  • To execute reports, analyze data, generate actionable insights and analytics for the company to be able to continuously improve customer experience and processes.

  • Support continuous improvement projects to improve customer experience, reengineer processes and transform systems to be customer centric.

  • Support operations on processing sales orders from customers and proactively communicate with customers and business partners on issues, challenges and provide solutions

  • Support the customer operations in maintaining and updating tools or systems and relationships that supports accurate customer demand forecast, as well as other databases related to shipments and inventory management.

  • Opportunity to work independently with a diverse set of business partners/stakeholders located within the region and globally to follow up on outstanding customer requests, under minimal supervision, understanding root causes and providing solutions to customers proactively.

  • Be part of a team to drive customer experience initiatives, and embrace the philosophy of customer first mindset and behaviors in everything we do, building a strong rapport with customers.

Qualifications

Minimum Qualifications

  • Bachelor's degree in a related field or equivalent experience

  • Other minimum qualifications may apply

Preferred Qualifications

  • Strong communication skills in English AND Thai (is a MUST)

  • Minimum of 3 years of related work experience (Fresh Graduates may apply and will be considered)

  • Prior working experience within the customer service/support related roles will be an added advantage

  • High proficiency in Microsoft Office tools (Excel and Word)

  • Comfortable working with data and numbers

  • Team Player, someone who is proactive and displays positive thinking and behaviours

  • Troubleshooting and multi-tasking skills

  • Self-motivated and highly reliable
