Shell Senior Transfer Pricing Specialist in Krakow (City), Poland
The main purpose of this role is ensuring that the (complex) global and local transfer pricing reports are prepared accurately and on time. In this role you will be working with mitigating the risk of Shell entities being penalized by tax administrations for having no/improper statutory transfer pricing documentation in place. You will have no direct reports although as Senior Transfer Pricing Specialist you will be supporting Team Manager with number of supervisory functions.
Principal Accountabilities:
Update/review/produce global transfer pricing documentation for assigned (complex) Shell business model/models;
Update/review/produce complex local transfer pricing documentation for Shell entity/entities
Assist in transfer pricing-related audits
Deliver improvements to reduce time spent on daily tasks/increase effectiveness (also: lead Continuous Improvement projects)
Engage in important central transfer pricing projects
Support supervisors in people-related matters such as introduce new joiners, coach junior team members,
Perform peer review
Build functional competence within TP Team
Play the role of focal point for internal and external stakeholders (for external advisors, training providers, internal networks/projects)
Decision-Making: proper interpretation of transfer pricing-related, country-specific (complex) regulations as well as general transfer pricing framework (OECD Guidelines, UN TP Manual for Developing Countries)

Staying on top of changing transfer pricing-related law

Project management skills to organize, plan and priorities own work and the work of others
Diagnose and creatively solves non-routine problems in the field of transfer pricing, of the high complexity and importance
Requirements:
Min. 3 years of experience in transfer pricing
Good working knowledge of MS Word, MS PowerPoint and MS Outlook
Very good level of English
Customer focus and business acumen
Excellent communication & influencing skills (stakeholder management skills)
Very strong interpersonal skills
Strong team player & Pro-active and can do attitude
Analytical skills and attention to details
Good analytical and reasoning skills and capacity to provide sound judgment concerning the issues in area of responsibility
