The Role

• Work with Senior Consultants/Directors to develop and implement solutions including HR Strategy, organization/workforce analytics, total reward strategy, reward design, job architecture and levelling, compensation benchmarking. Lead industry compensation surveys.

• Project lead small to medium complexity projects with oversight from senior consultants, taking responsibility for overall project success

• Develop technical knowledge and skills in reward, our consulting frameworks, thought leadership, and trends in HR technology.

• Provide practical insights into how best to reward and manage the workforce of today and plan for the workforce of tomorrow

• Manage small to medium projects and client expectations, and raise appropriate issues to Senior Consultants/Directors

• Contribute to new business development by developing proposals and statements of work, project plans and budgets

• Partner with analyst level team members to review work, provide guidance and insight.

The Requirements

• Minimum 5-7 years' experience in broad range of HR areas, preferably in organization analytics and or total rewards domains

• Project management experience in total rewards

• Demonstrated ability to build relationships and networks.

• Proven ability to recognize and diagnose issues, work in teams, and to bring a solution mindset to client problems.

• Ability to draw conclusions from data in a logical, systematic way.

• Availability to travel on an as needed basis.

• Bachelor’s degree in human resources, Business, Economics, Math/Statistics, Psychology/Sociology, Industrial/Organizational Psychology or any other major with significant qualitative and quantitative course work, a master's degree in business/management is not necessary but will be beneficial.

• Able to work locally in Jakarta.

• Strong English Language skill, both oral and written.
