Aston Carter Inventory Audit Specialist in Kohler, Wisconsin

Job TitleInventory Audit SpecialistJob Description

As an Inventory Audit Specialist, you will utilize cycle counting and inventory reports to verify accuracy and identify errors. You will proactively take steps to resolve inventory issues by reaching out to team members or escalating to management. Additionally, you will identify and suggest process improvements and assist in creating and documenting best practices. You will use SAP to identify the locations of parts and review transaction history, investigate discrepancies in part counts, and maintain accurate data for updating generator inventory files. You will also perform other related duties and assignments as directed by the Manager of Inventory Control.

Skills and Qualifications Required

  • 2+ years of inventory experience (ability to find errors and investigate discrepencies)

  • Familiarity with cycle counting and the inventory process

  • Ability to problem solve and think critically

  • Excellent technical skills, and the ability to learn new programs quickly

  • Excellent communication skills, both verbal and written, with the ability to make suggestions and find process improvements.

Work Site

This is a fully on-site position in Kohler, Wisconsin.
